The Gourley Company was founded by Bob Gourley in 1976 to provide the state of the art HPLC columns for the pharmaceutical and other research organizations. The emphasis of the company was to manufacture and distribute the finest columns on the market and to manufacture specialty columns as dictated by the end users. The Gourley Company sells these columns through many different independent representative firms. The list of customers includes Merck & Co., American Cyanamid, NIH, Frederick Cancer Research, USDA, FDA, Georgetown University Medical School, George Washington University, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Johns Hopkins Medical School just to mention a few.
